Welcome to LalaTune.com. By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our platform and your purchase of our personalized video service.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Service Description

LalaTune provides a personalized video creation service. Every video is made by our production team, for one customer at a time.

How your video is made:

1. We receive your order. A member of our team reviews your photos, your story and every detail you sent us.

2. We plan your film. Our team decides the story, the scenes, the setting and the look of your video, based on what you told us.

3. We check every face. We prepare a preview of each person in your video and contact you if we need better photos or your approval, so that everyone looks like themselves.

4. We craft your video. Our team creates each scene using professional AI video tools, directing and refining every shot until it matches your story.

5. We edit and review. We edit the scenes into one film, check the finished result and fix anything that is not right.

6. We send it to you personally. A member of our team sends your finished video to the email address you provided at checkout.

Every step is carried out or checked by a person on our team.

You will receive your personalized video by email within 48 hours, or within 24 hours if you purchased the Fast Delivery upgrade. Nothing is shipped physically.

If we need something from you

If your order is missing information, or if we need a missing photo, a verification, or your approval before we can continue, we will contact you by email. The delivery time is paused from the moment we write to you until you reply. Once we have everything we need, delivery may take up to 12 hours longer than the standard 48 hour or 24 hour window.

Customer Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address
- Only upload photographs that you own or have permission to use, and not upload photographs of other people without their consent
- Not use our content for unlawful or commercial purposes without permission
- Respect the intellectual property rights of our creators

LalaTune is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or invalid email addresses.

Intellectual Property

All videos created by LalaTune are original works.

You are granted a non-commercial license to use your personalized video for personal purposes, for example sharing it with friends, on social media or as a gift.

You may not resell, reproduce or distribute the video for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

Revisions & Refunds

Please refer to our full Refund & Delivery Policy for details.

In short:
- You are entitled to 1 free revision per order (additional free revisions may be offered at our discretion).
- Refunds are only granted if you do not receive your video within the applicable delivery time, including any extension described under "If we need something from you", and you contact us within 7 days.

No refunds will be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Style preference
- Email input errors
- Delays caused by missing information, or by waiting for your photos, verification or approval

Limitation of Liability

LalaTune is not liable for:
- Any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our service
- Delays caused by third-party email services, spam filters or input mistakes
- Delays caused by waiting for photos, information, verification or approval from the customer

In all circumstances, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
