   Welcome to LalaTune.com. By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our platform and your purchase of our personalized video products.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Service Description
   LalaTune creates and delivers custom, made-to-order videos based on the photo and the details you provide during checkout. Each product is unique and created specifically for the customer.

Once your order is placed:

• You will receive your personalized video by email within 48 hours, or within 24 hours if you purchased the Fast Delivery upgrade.
• Delivery is made to the email address you provided at checkout. Nothing is shipped physically.

1. Customer Responsibilities
   By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information (including a valid email address)
• Only upload photographs that you own or have permission to use, and not to upload photographs of other people without their consent
• Not use our content for unlawful or commercial purposes without permission
• Respect the intellectual property rights of our creators

LalaTune is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or invalid email addresses.

1. Intellectual Property
   All videos created by LalaTune are original works.

You are granted a non-commercial license to use your personalized video for personal purposes (e.g., sharing with friends, social media, gifting).

You may not resell, reproduce, or distribute the video commercially without express written consent.

1. Revisions & Refunds
   Please refer to our full Refund & Delivery Policy for details.

In short:

• You are entitled to 1 free revision per order (additional revisions may be free at our discretion).
• Refunds are only granted if you do not receive the product within the applicable delivery time and contact us within 7 days.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Style preference
• Email input errors

1. Limitation of Liability
   LalaTune will not be liable for:

• Any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our service
• Delays caused by third-party email services, spam filters, or input mistakes

Our liability, under any circumstance, is limited to the amount paid for the order.

   We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
